Microsoft support literally gave up on me when I showed them the article for how to fix my problem. It’s crazy how many people I found with this problem with only 1 person saying the hoops the had to jump through to fix it. There is no option for the user or their normal support to switch the language for this specific mailing list. It’s been a known problem for YEARS and still the only solution I’ve found is to call tech support, get escalated to their dev team (which is nearly impossible) and have them manually edit your customer database file. I have a problem on my personal Microsoft account where certain emails show up in other languages. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they kind of forgot about the feature and don’t have an easy way to implement it in the redesign.Īs for how long it will take to fix who knows. The poor communication and lack of proper over-site leads to multiple projects getting released without proper testing. They are always spooning water off the boat while devs are building new houses.
